Up to $150,000/year with Incentive pay combined.

The sales role is an opportunity for a motivated candidate to generate new business while maintaining existing relationships with customers in an expanding market for our multi-family, production builder/tract homes, and specialized agricultural building components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service and sales, as well as a strong understanding of framing and truss components.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting and developing relationships with local developers, contractors, and homebuilders.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Work with overall team to ensure that customers’ orders are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.
• Maintain an Oregon Truss presence in the Seattle market by visiting jobsites, participating in builder association activities, and being the face of the company wherever helpful.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school or other post-secondary education a plus
• Previous sales experience in component construction preferred.
• Experience in the construction trade, especially framing, a plus.
• Ability to travel within Washington and Oregon. (Role is based in Seattle/Tacoma.)
