THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME 15+ HOURS A WEEK TO START WITH AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND ADDITIONAL HOURS. MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY MORNINGS.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
COMPUTER DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND ENTRY (SALESFORCE, GOOGLE DOCS, CANVA, GMAIL, SQUARE ALL ON A MAC PLATFORM)
COMMUNICATE WITH VOLUNTEERS, CLIENTS, DONORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE PHONE, BY EMAIL AND IN PERSON
PACKING, LABELING AND LIFTING PRODUCTS AND HEAVY BAGS
ORGANIZING DELIVERIES FOR 20+ VOLUNTEERS
ASSIST WITH PRODUCTION AND KITCHEN DUTIES AS NEEDED
PROCESS PAYMENTS
ASSIST WITH DELIVERY DRIVING AS NEEDED
ADMINISTER CLIENT SURVEYS BY PHONE AND EMAIL
QUALIFICATIONS
BILINGUAL, FLUENT IN SPANISH
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50+ LBS AND BE COMFORTABLE LIFTING HEAVY BAGS, PUSHING HEAVY CARTS AND WORKING IN A REFRIGERATOR AND/OR FREEZER.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE (CAR) TRANSPORTATION
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND PROBLEM SOLVE
WILLING TO LEARN NEW THINGS AND MULTI-TASK
DATA ENTRY AND COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
