WHAT IS THE OFFICE OF THE CEO AND WHY JOIN?
We are a small team working daily with the CEO, President, and CFO/COO to accelerate key strategic priorities aligned to the company vision To be a profitable growth company that is also a great place to work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIIES:
Provide project support for key initiatives of the Organizational Development
Coordinate all calendar events in order to maintain a continuous developmental environment and prevent conflicts.
Plan, organize and track attendance for Organizational Development Programs.
Submit monthly reporting regarding attendance and sentiment on Organizational Development Programs
Maintain various communication boards for Organizational Development Programs
Support execution efforts for Organizational Development Programs
Provide support in research and analyzing data in relation to the alignment and success of company and organizational goals, which include identifying process, systems and skill gaps and developing critical feedback on implemented developmental programs
Other duties as assigned including those required to fulfill activities within the Strategic Initiatives Office
