The Orientation Dorm Coordinator(s) aides in the facilitation of the overall dorm experience, ensuring a positive first experience for our professional drivers.
Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other web-based applications
Excellent communication skills, writing, verbally, and electronically.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Must be a team player and a “people person” who can remain calm and optimistic in a high-volume, pressured environment.
Must have excellent customer service experience
Must be highly organized with paperwork and data and be accountable for results.
Must have an excellent attendance record that can be verified at prior jobs
