    Job Description

    JOB TITLE: Client Services Specialist EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Client Service Specialist with interact with the company’s clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of client support on a specific product or service.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for working directly with clients, sales, and production to ensure client jobs are completed correctly.

    • Ensuring excellent relationships between production, vendors, sales, and clients requiring strong organizational work habits, good judgement, excellent communication skills, and follow through on time sensitive activities.

    • Create job tickets on Salespad/PACE for all product operations, work with department managers to schedule and track projects through the production process.

    • Work with mailing department and/or shipping department to ensure projects are completed on time and shipping/routed as required, including working with sales to produce final invoices for all projects.

    • Provide clients with estimates for Digital/Direct mail orders

    • Personally act as the representative on behalf of the client in all activities, including reviewing proofs with clients and notifying the client of alteration changes.

    • Service the client by solving problems, gathering and transmitting information as needed and demanding the highest quality product.

       

      REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

    • Proficient in handling multiple task with different accounts

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School degree (or GED) required

    • Print experience is preferred

    • Must have 1-2 years of experience with Client Services

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at workstation

    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
