Original One Parts offers certified original auto parts to customers across the country. Each part passes a proprietary certification process to ensure it meets the original form, fit, and function of a new part.

Our growing headlight division in Nottingham, MD is looking for several Inside Sales Representatives. Generous base salary and a full benefits package, including 401k, and paid time off.

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for engaging with our customers to ensure the highest level of customer service and to promote Original One Parts and all of its brands to the end-user. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable on the phone answering dozen of calls per day, taking order, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Over-the-phone order taking and tracking.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Identify customer buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of inside sales experience is preferred. Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Computer Skills: Ability to navigate between several applications like Microsoft Office, Salespad, and GP.
