    Job brief

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is 1 part content creator and 1 part digital marketing manager. This role will primarily manage our digital campaigns/channels through 3rdparty partnerships. Additionally, this person will design and deliver a variety of content for internal and external stakeholders. You will track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns ensuring that all marketing material are in line with Origins’ brand identity. To be successful in this role, you will need have had hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective projects. We are excited to add fresh perspective and out of the box thinking to help manage our brand!

    Responsibilities

    Work with outside agencies to ensure quality and efficacy of ad campaigns

    Collaborate with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop content that supports lead generation and campaign goals

    Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

    Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

    Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

    Monitor and adjust the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

    Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

    Manage Origins Behavioral HealthCare’s reputation across a variety of channels

    Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

    Design and edit marketing and communication materials, including website, newsletters, ads, etc. (Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus)

    Assist in implementing social media strategy using Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn

    Schedule and send out e-blasts; Work with videographer on video shoots; Photograph events as needed; Work with media contacts/PR agencies on various special projects and advertising

    Provide marketing administrative support as needed

    The Qualifications

    BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field preferred

    Minimum of two (2) years of digital marketing experience.

    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

    Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

    A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

    If in recovery, one (1) year of continuous sobriety preferred

    Some clinical knowledge and/or 12 step training desirable but not necessary

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Proven ability to work without close supervision
