    The PositionThe Family Program Administrator is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to the Clinical team. This role organizes, coordinates and executes the Family Program for all family members, visitors, and guests. The Family Program Administrator should have superior customer service skills, time management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

    The hours for the position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional evening, weekend and Holiday coverage needed.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Facilitate commitment from family member(s) to attend Family Program.

    Support the treatment team by promoting participation by essential family members.

    Prepare documents used as part of the Family Program.

    Assist in scheduling Family Assessments.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree preferred

    Previous experience working in a treatment facility required.

    A sound knowledge of the teaching of the 12-Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous

    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

    If in recovery, two (2) years of continuous sobriety preferred.
