The Position

We are looking for an on-call Driver experienced driving with patients, vehicle size up to a 15-passenger van/bus.

The individual must be able to provide safe and clean transportation for our patients to and from airports, local facilities, restaurants, appointments, outside meetings and events.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays is very important.

Mainly local tri-county routes, so local area knowledge strongly preferred.

Besides driving, individual will perform other duties including:

Keeping the vehicles clean inside and out (ongoing)

Computer tasks like checking emails and completing work orders electronically

Ability to help with dispatch when needed

Help with delivery of mail and supplies at local facility

Run errands to purchase items for patients (upon approval from clinical leadership)

Origins is a professional, team-oriented environment.

Applicant must have a clean driving record and a valid Florida driver's license.

Must be able to safely handle/lift/push up to 30 lbs.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work location

Must be able to speak, read, and write English

If in recovery, minimum one (1) year continuous sobriety required
