    The Position

    The Billing Specialist is responsible for auditing, researching, posting, collecting, managing accounts and will be primarily responsible for problem analysis and resolution. This position is responsible for invoicing, running reports, compiling month-end data and checking customer guidelines. This individual must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication listening, and time management skills. They will coordinate and execute in-bound collections in a fast-paced environment

    The Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Two (2) years of billing and collections experience in Behavioral Health space preferred.

    Experience working with an Out of Network facility preferred.

    Working knowledge of Collaborate MD or similar billing software required.

    Deep understanding of CPT, HCPCS, Rev codes and ICD-10.

    Experience navigating an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

    If in recovery, one (1) year continuous sobriety preferred.

    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    Ability to function with minimal supervision
