    As an injection molding maintenance technician, you will be responsible for a variety of exciting duties and responsibilities, including:

    Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on molding machines, plant systems, and ancillary equipment

    Repairing control wiring for automation projects

    Implementing machine changes and updates

    Troubleshooting electronic systems

    Programming robots for optimal performance

    Downloading and testing new programs from equipment suppliers

    Maintaining inventory of parts

    Providing support to the production/manufacturing team as needed

    Adhering to current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    Identifying and resolving machine issues

    To excel in this role, they require the following qualifications:

    5+ years of maintenance experience with plastic injection molding and associated equipment

    Expertise in industrial machine/equipment maintenance

    Ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining a positive and constructive approach.

    Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail

    Demonstrated leadership skills and a true team player mentality.

    Excellent recordkeeping abilities

    Possession of a valid Vermont driver's license

    Ability to lift to 55 pounds.

    Owns a set of general mechanics tools.
