**This is an on-site 1099 Contract role payable at $24 per hour**

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operational Support Systems (OSS) Engineer with a track record of providing exceptional customer service who can provide onsite, maintenance and support services in a highly demanding environment.

What you will be doing:

• Providing end-user support of Windows 10 and 11 devices primarily Autopilot, Intune/Endpoint Management Console, and Azure AD.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting for hardware issues.
• Contacting HP for support when needed on leased devices.
• Providing hands and eyes support as directed by the team manager.

This is a 6-month 1099 contract role with the potential to be extended past this initial timeframe

Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay: $24 per hour
