Orion Office REIT specializes in the ownership, acquisition and management of a diversified portfolio of mission-critical and corporate headquarters office buildings in high-quality suburban markets across the U.S. The portfolio is leased primarily on a single-tenant net lease basis to creditworthy tenants.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to work as part of a three-person legal team (together with Company’s General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel) on a variety of real estate and corporate matters.
THE ROLE
- Real estate transaction support, including title and survey review, electronic data room document transfer and management and the preparation of schedule and exhibits for property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financings; and
- General corporate legal support including management and formation of corporate entities and assistance with e-delivery of Board presentations.
- Assistance with SEC filings such as Form 8-Ks and Section 16 reporting: and
- Basic legal agreement drafting (depending on experience).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate or corporate paralegal experience within a law firm or public company with demonstrated knowledge of complex issues within real estate or corporate practice areas.
- Team spirit – willingness to assist wherever needed
- Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite
- Intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic
