Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation worker at our manufacturing facility in Whitehall, WI (54773). As a Sanitation worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Ensure all areas of the facility, including production lines, restrooms, and common areas, are kept clean and free of debris
• Follow proper sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain product quality
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools, such as mops, brooms, and industrial cleaning agents
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in designated containers
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures and practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
