This is not a salary or hourly paid position. This is a commission career that builds on itself year over year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quote, Present, and sell insurance policies to new and/or existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields are preferred
• Licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance
• Self motivated and regulated
• Willing to learn
• Helps to be able to prioritize and multitask
