    Job Description

    Orshan Legal Group LLC is a personal injury law firm located in Pikesville, MD.

    We are looking for a talented Client Services Coordinator to join our team!

    The individual selected for this position will often be the first point of contact a prospective client has with our firm regarding their personal injury case, will establish our connection with our clients and potential clients, and will help open all new cases within the firm. The Client Services Coordinator plays an integral role in our firm in assisting with client relations and in ensuring that clients feel welcome and at ease from the first time that they call.

    THE CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR WILL:

    • conduct initial consultations with prospective clients
    • gather relevant information regarding the accident and injuries to submit to attorneys for review
    • be responsible for ensuring that intakes submitted for review are complete and thorough
    • once a case has been accepted, convert prospective new clients into new clients by leading them through the engagement process, following up as needed until client is retained
    • manage the process of onboarding new clients
    • enter data on new clients by creating a new case file and populating required fields within our software system
    • create a case file within our software system for new clients, enter data and populate required fields
    • coordinate communication between clients, medical treatment facilities, staff, and attorneys
    • apprise the team of the client's injury status and medical care and ensure the client's needs are being met

    Additionally, the Client Services Coordinator will provide administrative support, including scanning; file management; inputting expenses into our software system; answering incoming phone calls, forwarding calls to relevant firm personnel, and performing outbound follow-up.

    SUCCESSFUL CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR WILL POSSESS:

    • proven working experience in the legal field
    • familiarity with personal injury
    • excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • strong organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail
    • the ability to absorb, extract, and accurately relay new information
    • the capacity to be attuned and responsive to clients' needs
    • the ability to work well both individually and as a team member

     

    Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
