    Job Description :

    As a Paralegal at ONDA family law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our partner-level attorneys with all aspects of family law cases. Your responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities :

    ● Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery requests and responses.

    ● Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.

    ● Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and mediations.

    ● Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases.

    ● Schedule appointments, court appearances, and depositions.

    ● Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings and submissions comply with court requirements.

    ● Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and case information.

    ● Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

    Qualifications :

    ● Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program; or substantive legal work experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney

    ● Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in family law.

    ● Strong understanding of family law practices and procedures.

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ● Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.

    ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

    ● High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

    ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
