Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Rate: $18 - $27/hour based on experience • Health, vision, and supplemental insurance options • Signing bonus • Dental care benefit • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off • Continuing education and career growth support Responsibilities: • Prepare treatment areas and set up for patient appointments • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment • Capture diagnostic records and complete iTero scans • Assist the Orthodontist during a variety of orthodontic procedures • Perform prescribed treatments independently • Educate patients about their treatment plans, instructions, and progress • Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients through clear communication • Support smooth communication between the Orthodontist and patients • Travel to additional office locations as needed Qualifications: • DE Radiology Certification required • Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required) • Strong chairside manners and excellent customer service skills • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve problems creatively • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Compensation: $18 - $27 hourly
