Experienced Orthodontic Assistant

Smile Time Orthodontics at Children's Dental Center is growing and we are looking for someone who is more than just an amazing clinical assistant—we're searching for a positive leader who leads by example, embraces new challenges, and is excited to grow alongside an incredible team.

What You'll Be Doing

🦷 Assisting with orthodontic procedures and delivering exceptional patient care

😁 Building genuine relationships with patients and making every visit a positive experience

💪 Helping mentor and support teammates through encouragement and leadership

📚 Cross-training in additional areas of the practice to expand your skills and support the team wherever needed

✨ Maintaining excellent clinical standards while helping create an efficient, fun work environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous orthodontic assisting experience

Demonstrates natural leadership and a team-first attitude

Is positive, energetic, and thrives in a busy practice

Communicates professionally with patients, parents, and teammates

Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative

Enjoys learning new skills and is excited to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice

Loves helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

Indiana Radiology License (Required)
