We are seeking an experienced Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team! As our Front Desk Coordinator . We are a one-of-a-kind, patient-centered orthodontic practice utilizing unparalleled advanced technology and pioneering airway-focused orthodontic care—the future of the specialty. We treat children, teens, and adults who are often involved in interdisciplinary medical-dental care, and patients travel from around the world to receive our unique approach.
Our practice primarily focuses on Invisalign-based therapy integrated with advanced sleep and airway appliances, with limited use of traditional braces. We operate within a state-of-the-art medical design facility featuring private treatment suites and a high-end clinical environment—creating an exceptional setting for delivering precision care, patient comfort, and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in all patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and website inquiries/text messages
Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
In charge of Accounts Receivables
Gain financial commitment from patients and discuss payment plan options
Present treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options
Collect insurance information
Ensure compliance with HIPPA, OSHA, etc.
Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Dr
(Preferred but not required): Able to process insurance for extra hours/pay
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Required)
Minimum 1-year dental office experience, with 2+ years preferred
Dental Software knowledge (Dolphin, Ortho II Etc..)
CRM knowledge, ideally with Weave
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical
Ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
