We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Orthodontic Assistant who’s ready to step into a leadership role and grow with our modern orthodontic practice in Orange County.

This is a part-time position with strong potential for increased responsibility and leadership development for the right person. If you’re confident clinically, love working with a team, and enjoy helping others grow — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting chairside with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures

Leading and supporting clinical team members

Ensuring smooth clinic flow and efficient scheduling

Training and mentoring assistants as needed

Maintaining high standards for infection control and organization

Helping create an exceptional patient experience

What we’re looking for:

Prior orthodontic assisting experience required

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Natural leadership ability and team-oriented mindset

Dependable, organized, and proactive

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
