We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team in South Orange County! This position plays a key role in our practice and includes responsibilities in front desk coordination, insurance processing, and treatment presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

· Dental experience required (orthodontic experience preferred)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Professional, friendly, and team-oriented

· Must be able to commute to South OC

· Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing

· Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financials

Compensation: $28–$40 per hour with bonus, based on experience
