Job Description

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for determining and executing the financial arrangements for our patients' orthodontic care. They perform a variety of financial duties including billing insurance, presenting treatment plans and financial options to our patients and handling of the collection process. They act as a liaison between our office and insurance companies.

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills who can establish rapport with parents, doctors, staff and members of the community. This individual must have basic computer knowledge, tactful persuasion skills and be pleasant on the phone. We are looking for an energetic team player who can also work independently.

Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus. Education in financial-related field is preferred.
