You should have the experience, current licensure in good standing, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities: • Examine patients to assess dental and jaw development. • Devise customized treatment plans for aligning teeth and jaws. • Install orthodontic appliances such as braces, expanders, and retainers. • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary. • Educate patients and guardians about oral hygiene and treatment care. • Collaborate with other dental professionals for comprehensive orthodontic care. • Stay updated on advancements in orthodontic technologies and techniques. • Manage orthodontic records and documentation. Qualifications: • Strong bedside manner and great communication skills are necessary • A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required Compensation: $190 - $250 hourly
