The Medical/Wholesale Division is focused on providing these products through medical channels such as podiatrists, durable medical equipment suppliers, pedorthists, and other medical professionals. The business also encompasses wholesale distribution to web-based businesses and international foot care providers.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our company. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support our organization’s overall goals and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and

    fostering a positive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to the organization, supporting the growth and success of both the business and its employees.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the organization's objectives and in compliance with legal requirements.

    · Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.

    · Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    · Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.

    · Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring competitive offerings and effective administration.

    · Administer compensation and salary administration programs, conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.

    · Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

    · Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.

    · Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances, ensuring a fair and unbiased resolution.

    · Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

    · Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute workforce planning and talent management strategies.

    · Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

    · Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor's degree. HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are preferred.

    · Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    · Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

    · Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

    · Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

    · High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.

    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    · Proficiency in HR software and systems for HRIS, payroll, and talent management. Paylocity experience preferred.

    · Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

    · Bilingual in Spanish, must be able to read, write, translate, and speak fluently.
