Title: Compliance and Operations Support Manager

Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the integration of the Sales & Marketing Team for Orthofeet Medical/Wholesale Division with all internal and external Operations, Warehouse and Production functions including Warehousing, Shipping, Return Items, Inventory Management, and Production of orthotics and other similar items. Additionally, the function will be directly responsible for Medical/Wholesale Compliance Activities and provide program support to Key customer programs and internal systems upgrades specifically for Medical/Wholesale.

Responsibilities:
· This role will work cross-functionally on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team with Multiple Warehouse/Shipping Teams, the Returns team, Production Vendors, and the Inventory Management Team (Collectively, “Operations Teams”.) Coordinating with Key Customers’ logistics teams is also a critical role.
· Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Sales/Marketing Team and all internal Operations teams. Define measurements, define, and/or create reporting, and escalate issues, as appropriate. Work with different applicable software to pull, interpret, and compare data, as necessary.
· Act as primary contact to Orthotic insert manufacturer. Manage relationship as well as SLAs and activities similar to above.
· Ensure adequate inventory of footwear, inserts, miscellaneous foot care items, marketing materials and iPads in the New Jersey Warehouse. Escalate to appropriate parties to order and for some smaller items, order directly.
· Manage automated Compliance Approval, and where appropriate, billing, process for Footwear sales; ensure smooth process, escalate issues.
· Manage our Customer iPod distribution program. Includes ordering and managing SLA with vendors.
· Liaise with customer service, sales, and warehouse logistics to manage and expedite Key Customer orders both in US and elsewhere in North America.
· Lead project teams and facilitate kick-off and future calls with cross-functional partners
· Maintain active certification, accreditation and continuous approvals of Footwear/Footwear Fitting Processes by regulatory bodies such as Medicare.
· Suggest methods on improving efficiency in integration and partner organizations whether manual or systemic.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or and/or equivalent work experience
· Ability to work 5 days/week in Northvale, NJ Office
· Maintains a vehicle and can drive to nearby (less than 10 miles) Warehouses, as needed
· Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
· Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, influencing, organization, collaboration, and negotiation skills
· Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors and navigating discussions and potential conflicts
· Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to display flexibility in role and tasks as role will continues to adapt to reflect the current operating environment.
