Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, create, shoot, edit, and produce stylized product photos, lifestyle photos, including studio and on-location.

Edit and retouch photos.

Utilize color theory and color management techniques to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction.

Manipulate photos to enhance their visual appeal and convey the desired message.

Collaborate with Marketing to understand their vision and deliver results that meet their expectations.

Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment advancements.

Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines to consistently produce content in a timely manner.

Maintain and care for all studio equipment, products and supplies.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position and/or in an e-commerce setting. Footwear experience a plus.

Highly skilled in operating DSLR & Mirrorless camera (Canon)

Strong knowledge of camera, lens, lighting, and grip gear.

Retouching and photo manipulation experience, a must.

Creative and technical skills necessary for photo manipulation, graphics creation, color correction, exporting formats, format sizing for different aspect ratio.

Knowledge of social media platforms for content sharing and engagement

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One

Detail oriented

Strong communication skills; able to work in a team as well as independently.
