    Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have strong orthopedic experience and hold additional certifications in Pilates, yoga, or strength training. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment where innovation and evidence-based care are valued. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

    What You’ll Do:

    Support physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

    Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and recovery programs

    Incorporate Pilates, yoga, or strength training techniques into sessions where appropriate

    Educate patients on at-home exercise strategies and wellness practices

    Contribute to a positive, motivating, and healing clinic environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in California

    Strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation

    Additional certification or expertise in Pilates, yoga, or strength training

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
