    About the POSITION

    This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established orthopedic practice in Moses Lake, Washington.

    The position is becoming available due to the retirement of a highly respected Advanced Practice Provider who has built a successful practice over many years. The incoming NP or PA will step into an established role with immediate patient volume, an existing patient base, and strong physician support.

    You’ll work as part of a collaborative orthopedic team that includes orthopedic surgeons and APPs, with access to a broader regional healthcare network offering comprehensive specialty, surgical, diagnostic, rehabilitation, and primary care services. The organization has a strong community-focused mission and provides orthopedic care ranging from fracture and sports injury treatment to arthritis management and joint replacement.

    This role offers an excellent combination of clinic, surgical involvement, and continuity of care, making it particularly attractive for an APP who enjoys developing long-term relationships with orthopedic patients.

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in orthopedics and surgery. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing the operating room and clinic, working collaboratively with physicians, and developing long-term relationships with patients.

    About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    $142,000–$164,000 annually + Call Pay
