    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Orthotic Manufacturing Technician to join our in-house production team. This role is responsible for crafting custom orthotics and shoe inserts based on clinician specifications. Training will be provided, but experience in a similar setting is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Fabricate custom foot orthotics and inserts from clinician-provided molds, scans, or measurements

    Operate grinding, vacuum forming, and finishing equipment

    Trim, grind, and assemble orthotic components to precise specifications

    Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Perform quality control checks on finished products

    Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure timely order fulfillment

    Assist with inventory management of raw materials and supplies

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

    Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely

    Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks

    Willingness to learn and follow precise manufacturing processes

    Preferred:

    Experience in orthotic, prosthetic, shoe repair, or woodworking/manufacturing industries

    Knowledge of foot anatomy and orthotic materials

    Technical or trade school background
