    We are seeking a highly motivated Orthotics Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

    The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand skills, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate work while meeting production goals.

    Responsibilities

    Manufacture custom orthotic devices according to prescribed specifications

    Operate grinders, band saws, CNC equipment, and other fabrication tools

    Shape, modify, and finish orthotic products to exact standards

    Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality and accuracy

    Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    Follow established production procedures and quality standards

    Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency

    Qualifications

    Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Strong attention to detail with a focus on speed and accuracy

    Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

    Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

    Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

    Ability to safely operate shop equipment and tools

    Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience operating CNC machines

    Engineering, machining, fabrication, or technical manufacturing experience

    Experience using grinders, band saws, routers, or similar shop equipment

    Familiarity with quality control and precision manufacturing processes
