We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Walden Avenue location in Lancaster, NY. The preferred candidate will be: courteous, reliable, customer service oriented and a intuitive problem-solver.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answering customer questions on various appliance offerings and warranties.
    • Be able to quickly and effectively identify customer needs.
    • Manage incoming calls by priority of customer inquiry.
    • Generate and document customer P.O.'s for Service Department's Technicians.
    • Ability to deescalate customer dissatisfaction with a friendly and assuring response.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma OR G.E.D Equivalent
