    Job Description

    The SOLE FOCUS of the acquisition specialist is to produce purchase contracts. You will be supported on the front end by a robust lead generation team providing a steady flow of appointments booked with qualified leads and an escrow team on the back end to handle all the details after going into contract. Your job is to execute the sales process developed by the company prior to, during, and after every appointment and meet all performance metrics on a daily/weekly, and monthly basis. This position requires a true relationship builder with superior interpersonal skills and who has an unrelenting focus on the hunt. Nothing gets in your way and nothing deters you from closing deal. You are a true deal junkie who lives for the sale. People skills, listening skills, and relationship-building skills will be the key to success in this role. Earning potential for this role will be significant for competitive and motivated individuals. 

    COMPENSATION: $100,000+ OTE (hourly plus commissions)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Exhibit and uphold Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times.
    • Attend Acquisitions Daily Huddle each morning.
    • Attend every phone or in-person meeting booked for you by the inside sales team and execute the sales process exactly as specified.
    • Meet all daily and weekly metrics for calls made, talk time, appointments completed, offers made, and contracts obtained.
    • Review your recorded phone appointments with sales manager weekly for feedback, role-playing and improvement.
    • Consistently track all information regarding leads and appointments in CRM software.
    • Build relationships with potential sellers and really understand and speak to their pain point.
    • Meet with clients virtually or in their homes to present offers.
    • Aggressive follow-up on all offers made to close deals.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
    • Cold calling experience
    • Remote Selling
    • Very personable and outgoing
    • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
    • Salesforce CRM Experience.
    • Highly competitive winning attitude.
