    The Revenue Operations Analyst position will be based in our Newport Beach office and will be working with and directly reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager. This position will act as a partner to several of our key departments and our executive team in measuring analyzing and presenting key operational and financial data across all departments that will steer the business. This will be a highly strategic and very impactful role within the company with significant opportunities for growth into managerial roles within Marketing, Sales Operations or FP&A. Individuals from investment banking, private equity, and highly quantitative backgrounds have the potential to excel in this role. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Exhibit and uphold Osborne Homes core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times • Manage, prepare and upload all marketing data into campaigns and into various software for marketing • Own all marketing campaign measurement and reporting • Analyze and interpret invoicing and accounting data to allocate campaign costs to track ROI • Own the collection and validation of all weekly scorecard info from all departments • Providing ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational performance data to assist the executive team in making business decisions • Analyze Financial and Operational data to help us spot the opportunity Qualifications: • 4-year degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar analytical field of study • Must be expert level in Excel with data management, manipulation, and analysis. Pivot tables, vlookups, HLookups, Logical functions, and formulas required • Previous experience with Salesforce highly preferred • Marketing analysis experience highly preferred • Strong analytical and organizational skills • A curious personality that can instinctively find deep and impactful insights with minimal direction or oversight • Highly effective communication and presentation skills • Minimum 2-3 years of post-baccalaureate experience or MBA Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000
