    The acquisition agent will be responsible for generating revenue for the company and for themselves by servicing warm leads that have been generated, cultivated, and qualified by our marketing department and inside sales department. This position requires an optimistic relationship builder personality with superior interpersonal skills. Nothing gets in your way and nothing deters you from closing deals and earning money. You live for the sale. People skills, listening skills and relationship building skills will be the key to success in this role. Earning potential for this role is significant for competitive and motivated individuals. Expected earnings are well into 6-figures. Responsibilities: • Quickly respond to all assigned leads coming in from inside sales team • Use Salesforce CRM to track and report on all activities and events as well as the status of all leads and opportunities assigned to you • Comfortable in a metrics-driven sales environment with accountability for results-producing activities • Be committed to providing an excellent customer experience • Be an excellent teammate in a very team-oriented environment Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field preferred • 1+ years of experience in investment real estate, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Sense of urgency for achieving goals • Varied activities with multiple, simultaneous projects • Multi-tasking fast-paced environment • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills • Rapport and relationship building focused on achieving results • Engage the commitment of others • Problem-solving orientation and comfortable taking risks • Action-oriented and collaborative decision-making • Quick decision making in response to changing conditions • Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive Influences, stimulates others to action Compensation: $120,000+
