The Data Analyst position will be based in our Newport Beach office and will be working with and directly reporting to the COO. This position will act as a partner to several of our key departments and our executive team in measuring analyzing and presenting key operational and financial data across all departments that will steer the business. This will be a highly strategic and very impactful role within the company. Responsibilities: • Developing and using quantitative models to assist in the acquisition’s decision-making process. • Analyze and present economic data to assist in the pricing of assets • Analyze and present marketing data to assist or corporate acquisition strategy decision-making • Providing ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational performance data to assist the executive team in making business decisions • Analyze Financial and Operational data to help us spot the opportunity Qualifications: • 4-year degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering or similar analytical field of study • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Advanced modeling skills in excel • A curious personality that can instinctively find deep and impactful insights with minimal direction or oversight • Highly effective communication and presentation skills • Minimum 2-3 years of post-baccalaureate experience or MBA.Experience with Salesforce highly desirable Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000
