The main focus of the Real Estate Sales Specialist is to establish, build and nurture long term relationships with qualified investors and sell investment opportunities. This role requires a persuasive relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and who has an unrelenting focus on the hunt and close. You are assertive, results-oriented and nothing gets in your way or deters you from closing the deal. You live for the sale and are a true deal closer. Relationship-building skills, listening skills, and people-building skills will be the key to success in this position. Responsibilities: • Uphold and model Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times • Meet all daily and weekly phone call metrics, talk time, investors qualified, offers received, and sales contracts obtained • Participate in daily morning team Huddle • Participate in weekly meetings with the sales manager to review your recorded phone calls and participate in role-playing, and improvement opportunities • Track all leads and buyer accounts consistently and accurately in the Salesforce database • Prospect and build relationships with investors looking for Investment Real Estate property in order to increase sales and repeat business • Properly assess the client's needs and connect them to one of our current opportunities • Utilize knowledge of your investor client's target purchase types and collaborate with the acquisitions team in order to increase successful deal flow • Constantly follow up with prospects to build Investor Client database to build more relationships and close more deals • The emphasis is on rapidly handling a variety of activities • Results can be produced in the short term • Extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic stimulating communicator • Persuasive "selling" style • Collaborative approach • Must quickly build trust with others Qualifications: • Face-to-face and remote selling experience required • Very personable, communicative, and outgoing • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills • Salesforce CRM experience - preferred • Highly competitive and results-driven attitude • Osborne homes is an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: $120,000 at plan
