    We are looking for an extremely talented executive assistant as a key addition to our corporate team in Newport Beach. The executive assistant will work directly with the COO and will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks including but not limited to research, gathering and documenting information, posting job ads, screening applicants, administering pre-employment assessments, compiling reports, utilizing Salesforce CRM, executing basic admin functions within our various systems such as setting up or removing users, utilizing social media, interfacing with third-party vendors as well as other requests that may come up in support of the COO. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize appropriately. Willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Working with a steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work • Perform repetitive routines and complete procedures and tasks as assigned • Technical/analytical focus while working within established systems, standards and procedures • Decision-making within clearly defined job scope based on policies and procedures supported by management • Helpful, supportive communication with management and peers using a collaborative approach in a structured environment • Leadership focused consistent, accurate and quality work output • Supportive, non-threatening leadership style • Delegation to others when appropriate, using training, coaching and on the job experience Qualifications: Experience in the real estate industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
