    Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Acquisitions & Dispositions Assistant) We are looking for extremely talented acquisitions & dispositions assistant as a key addition to our corporate team in Newport Beach. The acquisitions & dispositions assistant will work directly with the Acquisitions & Sales Manager(s) and will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks including but not limited to research, gathering and documenting information, compiling reports, utilizing Salesforce CRM, posting and screening job applications, utilizing social media, interfacing with third-party vendors as well as other requests that may come up in support of the Acquisitions & Sales functions.This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and prioritizing and appropriately. Willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Steady, even pace of activity Large degree of predictability from one day to the next Job activities are consistent, or even repetitious in nature, and results are repeatable well-defined processes and procedures exist to perform activities • People-focused, while being reserved in nature helpful, "service" orientation Strong focus on repeatable, very high-quality results • Cautious, by the book, decision-making is required, examination of the facts, established procedure, or proven process must preclude decision-making (detailed knowledge of or training in those areas significantly aids decision-making) • Communication is factual, polite, and professional in nature Need to speak with great specificity and knowledgeable detail about areas of responsibility; not required to speak at length about other topics Little collaboration is necessary to complete work; expertise comes from training, knowledge, and experience • Authority and responsibility is shared with others, such as in a team environment where people have worked together for long periods of time Little delegation of details is required. When it does happen, this position requires strong follow-up to ensure that work quality and attention to detail remain very high Leadership style required involves being an expert in the field and using that knowledge to be a resource for others' learning and development Qualifications: Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Weekend and evening availability Real estate license preferred Communicates well, both verbally and written Previous experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
