    Are you ready to make above “average” income this year? This is a true $200,000 + earning potential opportunity! Every one of our acquisition agents cleared six figures in the 2019 year. Are you ready to be one of them? Must follow application instructions to be considered. Complete both assessments after applying. Must have a current California RE Salesperson license. No Exceptions! Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the contract signed. • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and third party vendors (Property Scouts) to assess property value and condition • Manage the seller communication through the purchase escrow. • Manage leads, opportunities and activities in the Salesforce CRM daily. • Act professionally at all times. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • 1 or more years of experience in investment real estate, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Sense of urgency for goal achievement • Varied activities with multiple, simultaneous projects • Multi-tasking fast-paced environment • Results focus idea generation, innovative and creative problem-solving • Rapport and relationship building focused on achieving results • Engage the commitment of others • Problem-solving orientation • Risk-taking • Action-oriented and somewhat collaborative decision-making • Quick decision making in response to changing conditions • Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive Influences, stimulates others to action • Collaboration focused on results • Authoritative leadership based on generalist expertise, knowledge of systems • Directive leadership to assure business results are achieved • Delegation of details as necessary, with follow up on timeliness and quality • Accountability for results Compensation: $150,000+
