We seek an enterprising and visionary leader who will own the entire operations strategy and execution. You will oversee all activity from the time we execute a purchase contract with a seller to the time we disposition the asset meaning you will own all daily operations related to escrow, underwriting, construction, field operations and asset disposition. As such successful candidates will show a breadth of experience successfully building and leading teams in a very fast-paced, startup-type environment. Single Family real estate experience is highly preferred with specific knowledge of valuation, construction and escrow being most important. Experience overseeing these functions in a residential real estate capacity is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have these qualifications. Responsibilities: • Exhibit and uphold Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times • Own the mission of delivering a world-class operations department that supports the best home buying experience in the nation • Oversee all day-to-day investment operations of the company by leading managers in the areas of escrow, underwriting, construction, field operations and dispositions • Develop, refine and document business processes for all operations • Develop scorecards and KPI’s for each manager and position and ensure they are reported and met weekly • Attract, recruit and hire A-Players • Oversee vendor and partner relationships Qualifications: • Bachelors degree required • Experience building an operations team that delivers a world-class customer experience • Experienced tripling the size of an operations team • Successfully managed at least 4 direct director level direct reports with at least 50 indirect reports • Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable • Experience with Escrow, Property Valuation, Construction and Property Resale in residential real estate is REQUIRED • Highly systems and process driven • Highly proficient with Excel, Google Docs, CRM
