    We are currently seeking a hands-on SALES OPERATIONS INTERN responsible for supporting the Business Development/Sales organization, including providing direct day-to-day support and analytics for the Director of Sales Operations with implementing projects, process improvements and system administration which support the overall direct sales efforts of the company.  

    THIS IS A PAID, PART-TIME POSITION (UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEK). HOURLY PAY IS BASED ON DEGREE AND YEAR OF STUDY.  PARTIAL OR FULL TELEWORK OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, compile and coordinate monthly commercial sales reporting, dashboards and metrics.
    • Maintain and monitor the data in the NetSuite CRM.  Perform audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer and opportunity records.  Implement CRM tools and features to enhance analytical tools and reports. 
    • Coordinate sales system enhancements and changes with IT and Finance to improve functionality and increase utilization (NetSuite CRM and QLIK BI Tool).
    • Update and maintain the sales Territory Maps.
    • Coordinate sales team meetings and weekly calls.
    • Participate in sales and operations planning and projects.
    • Conduct industry related research
    • Coordinate sales training programs and support development of other sales team educational initiatives.
    • Manage/facilitate special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales Operations.

                

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in business administration or analytics, marketing, data science or analytics, operations management, or finance.
    • Advanced skills required in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.  Desired skills in Microsoft OneNote, Sharepoint, and Teams; NetSuite CRM and Smartsheet.
    • Strong understanding of data analysis and project management.
    • Strengths in planning and organizing, attention to detail, oral and written communication, interpersonal communication.
    • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
