WE ARE SEEKING INSURANCE PHONE AND WEB SALES AGENTS TO JOIN OUR GROWING NEW BUSINESS TEAM. AUGMENT OUR AI POWERED, AUTOMATED INSURANCE SHOPPING PLATFORM, WITH GOOD OLD FASHIONED HUMAN INTERACTION. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPANDING THE COMPANY’S CLIENT BASE BY FIELDING INBOUND PHONE, WEB, AND CHAT REQUESTS FOR INSURANCE QUOTES AND HELPING CONSUMERS MAKE INFORMED POLICY COVERAGE DECISIONS. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL OBTAIN INSURANCE TRAINING AND PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSING SPONSORSHIP, IF NEW TO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.

Osprey supports the insurance needs of both consumers and businesses. The consumer side underwrites automobile, homeowners, renters, and umbrella policies for our insurance carrier partners. Our business client industry verticals include construction, retail, hospitality, real estate, and transportation.

** THIS IS A REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSITION, CONTRACT WORK TOWARDS PERMANENT POSITION. POTENTIAL FOR PART-TIME POSITIONS FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ASSIST WEB PLATFORM USERS WITH MODIFYING COVERAGE SELECTIONS AND FINALIZING THEIR PURCHASES.

• FOLLOW-UP WITH UNSOLD CONSUMERS TO REVIEW DECISION MAKING OBSTACLES.

• RESOLVE CLIENT INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS.

• COMPLY WITH INSURANCE STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.

• GENERATE INSURANCE QUOTES BASED ON PHONE, WEB, AND CHAT INQUIRIES.

• RECORD ALL DAILY TRANSACTION PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY.

• CONNECT WITH PROSPECTS VIA PHONE TO INTRODUCE WEB PLATFORM BENEFITS AND ENROLL FOR ACCESS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS

• STRONG NEGOTIATION SKILLS

• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

COMPENSATION:

• Transaction fee plus commission
