    Project Coordinator Intern Job Code: 827 Employment Type: Temporary Location: Vancouver, WA Description Otak Inc./DAY CPM, an award-winning A/E firm, is seeking a thoughtful, analytical, and high energy Intern to join the project team serving a medical client in Vancouver, Washington, for the summer. As an intern you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and gain real-world experience working with a high functioning project management team. The ideal candidate will have at least a High School diploma and be available to work fulltime for a minimum of 10 weeks during the Summer of 2018. He/She must be enthusiastic about learning new technologies, energized by solving problems, and enjoy working in a team environment. What youll do: * Assist project team for the project including: project scheduling, project controls & document administration. * Support the Senior PM and PM for the project with various tasks as assigned. * Assist in the creation of project dashboards and reporting tools. What you can expect: * Integration during your internship into a high functioning project team * Real-time coaching and mentoring as it relates to your strengths and performance on duties assigned * Exposure to project management environment, client support, A&E services in a values driven leadership model * Internship debrief on your experience shadowing the team and lessons learned. What youre good at: * Familiarity with MS Office Productivity Tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access) * Asking questions, demonstrating initiative, critical thinking skills * Being a team player Why work at Otak?
