    Job Description

    The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present vetted, viable candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

    • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; by leading a Recruiting Strategy Intake meeting.
    • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for all technology positions.
    • Schedule weekly status update meetings with hiring managers to keep them abreast of open requisition
    • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
    • Partner with Talent Brand Marketing to identify strategies for marketing open positons
    • Identify and vet  agency  partners to augment the internal recruiting effort
    • I_dentifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications._
    • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
    • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
    • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
    • Network with Technology professional and maintain a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace by attending Meet-ups and Conferences.
    • Manage IT Recruitment Status reports for SVP of Technology

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Mentor Corporate Sourcing Specialist to ensure they have a clear understanding or role they are sourcing for
    • Run Salary Market reports to ensure salary is competitive in order to attract viable candidates

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters
    • Resourceful/Strategic approach in sourcing and recruiting difficult to fill roles
    • Ability to build trusted partnership with key stakeholder and influence candidate selection
    • Excellent offer negotiation skills and control of the candidate experience and process.
    • Ability to assess talent with strong differentiation, choosing the best talent to move forward
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years technology recruiting experience either in-house or with a Technical Staffing Agency
    • Proficiency with MS suite to include MS Teams
