About the Role:

Otsego Dental Care is looking for a dedicated and passionate dental professional to join our growing team in Oneonta, NY! Responsibilities:

Patient Check-In, Check-Out and Registration

Scheduling of up to five Clinical Providers

Insurance verification

Collaborate with other Dental Offices, Specialists and Medical Offices, as needed

Handle a large volume of phone correspondence from patients, potential patients and vendors

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred, not required

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus

Schedule and Compensation: Part-Time (8am-1pm) with some full days, as needed. Approximately 25-30 hours per week Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour
