    As our Social Media Strategist, you'll be developing social media strategies for clients across different industries and various social media platforms. You'll be managing a team of Coordinators to execute the developed strategy plans.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Develop and monitor social media strategies to promote clients' mission, drive engagement, and increase follower growth.
    • Create compelling strategy and content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, that resonates with target audiences
    • Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices to optimize presence and reach.
    • Develop a timeline for engaging with clients' online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns.
    • Use analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, report on social media KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy.
    • Assist in the creation of visual assets, including graphics, photos, and videos.
    • Monitor online reputation and address any issues or negative feedback with empathy and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
    • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, organization, or agency preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and storytelling narratives.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and digital advertising is a plus.

    Education, Experience, and Other Qualities Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
    • Minimum of two years in a marketing or related role
    • Experience as a writer, marketer, account manager, or similar roles is preferred
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and deliver under tight deadlines.
