Leading Company in the Video/Audio Industry is seeking an e-commerce specialist to join their team. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the e-commerce space and can help grow the business by building and maintaining relationships with existing/new customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to prioritize duties and complete tasks within deadlines
- Must be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Duties:
- Manage customer orders from start to finish including shipping and returns. Ensure orders are received timely, accurately, and in good condition.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, text, and chat. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Help customers find the right products for their needs by providing product recommendations based on their feedback.
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client.
