Job Description

Leading Logistics and Freight company seeking a dynamic Domestic Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate will promote a customer friendly atmosphere and can maintain good communication. The Domestic Customer Service Representative will be working directly with drivers and the warehouse, and be arranging air bookings.

Related specific responsibilities will include:

• Make sure all work adhere to the company's policy standards
• Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
• Maintain inventory
• Be responsive to other department and stations requests
• Create weekly logistics reports
• Perform additional duties

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of logistics experience is preferred
• Domestic Airfreight background is a PLUS!
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving
