Coordinate and maintain all transport; as well as continuous interaction between agents, staff and corporate office members providing daily shipping updates.

Related specific responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer service via email and phone for trucking and freight
• Resolve issues for clients/customers
• Create weekly logistics reports
• Perform additional duties as requested
• Possess an adequate working knowledge of : OUTLOOK-EMAIL/MS WORD/ MS EXCEL.
